At Wilmington Internal Medicine, we aim to make every visit pleasant and as simple as possible. To help us help you, we’ve included a little information about some our policies and practices below. If you need further information, please call us at 910-762-4600.
Office hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Calls are answered from 8:00 am – 4:15 pm, Monday – Friday. Please contact us ahead of time to schedule an appointment by calling us at 910-762-4600. If, for any reason, you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, kindly give us 24 hours notice so that we can release your time for another patient, and so that we can reschedule you as soon as possible. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $50. Three consecutive no-shows will result in your dismissal from the practice.
Please pay for services as they are rendered. Of course, we will file insurance claims for you at no additional cost, but in order to do this efficiently, we will need you to provide us with the most current and accurate information about your health coverage.
We participate in most health insurance plans.
At the time of service, patients are expected to satisfy their co-payments and/or deductibles required by their insurance plans. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards for your convenience.
And, please remember that although insurance reimburses for fees due to the doctor, you are ultimately responsible for the total charges of services rendered.
