Please pay for services as they are rendered. Of course, we will file insurance claims for you at no additional cost, but in order to do this efficiently, we will need you to provide us with the most current and accurate information about your health coverage.
We participate in most health insurance plans.
At the time of service, patients are expected to satisfy their co-payments and/or deductibles required by their insurance plans. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards for your convenience.
And please remember that although insurance reimburses for fees due to the doctor, you are ultimately responsible for the total charges of services rendered.
